The Medical University of Pleven, established in 1974, is a public medical university in Pleven, Bulgaria. It was the first university in Bulgaria to offer a full medical program in English, and it is a popular choice for international students. - Language Requirements: For international students whose native language is not English, a language proficiency certificate at a B2 level is often required. All medical students must also complete training in the Bulgarian language to prepare for patient communication during their clinical years.
